The Café Cubano & Cortadito...
are a mix of all things tasty. Think about mixing brown sugar, espresso, and half & half. I know, I know, you put them all together and you're going to have a good time (as long as you aren't lactose intolerant or vegan). In this video I'll go over how to make these Cuban coffee classics yourself at home. They may not be made to all the traditional standards, which often includes whipping some of the espresso together with the sugar to almost create a foam, and then poured back over the espresso. Yet, this method is a great, low effort way to get the same great tastes and experience in a matter of seconds as opposed to minutes. Which means you can make a quite a few relatively quickly when you have people over.
