The End Of An Era – Goodbye Linea Mini & Coffee Bar Tour

As you can see, its here!

After about four months of waiting only somewhat patiently my new espresso machine has arrived, and it's taken it's rightful place on my home coffee bar! With this brand new addition and future heart of my espresso focused content I thought it would be a good time to not only introduce the La Marzocco GS3MP (manual paddle) but also go with a full coffee bar tour and show my current setup and tools for both espresso and filter coffee.

So on top of the new espresso machine I'll get into my primary grinder, the Option-O Lagom P64, and of course all the accessories that help me keep my brewing consistent and delicious. From puck prep to pitcher and all the way to my favorite ceramic and glass cups. As a bonus I also run through some crispy barista workflow showing each piece featured in action on the bar.

So if you're curious and want a full coffee bar tour, to learn more about the new center of my espresso content, or just a diehard viewer of my content, hit play on the video above and let's brew this!
