Crowdfunded coffee gear and I have a rocky relationship...
there's been ups, downs, and everything in between. That same attitude also translates to hand grinders, which as I've said before aren't really my thing. But the Goat Story ARCO is a little different. It's a hand grinder, but also an electric grinder. It appeals to those days when I want to really want to work for my coffee, but also the days I don't. The duality of man and all that jazz.
Regardless of these feelings, I've been looking forward to getting my hands on the Goat Story ARCO to see how this modular coffee grinder actually performs. Much like many of the recent grinders I've reviewed its advertised as a single doser with low-retention, and on paper its not all that different from the conical king, the Niche Zero.
So in this video I'll be putting the Goat Story ARCO to the test on their marketing claims, go over its notable features, its quirks, downsides, and most importantly how the coffee from it tastes. So without any further fanfare hit play on the video above and let's brew this.
