Lelit Bianca V3 – A Near Perfect Blend Of Technology & Tradition

After some time and a lot of requests...

I finally got my hands on the Lelit Bianca. This popular prosumer espresso machine has been around for quite some time, and boasts a handful of features that puts it on the top many home barista's wishlists. Things like stainless steel dual boilers, PID temperature control, a rotary pump, flow control and commercial grade materials.

Yet this latest version of the Lelit Bianca, the V3, comes in hot with some brand new tech that adds even more control into the picture and gives home baristas an opportunity to explore espresso extraction even deeper. In the machine you can program pre-infusion time, both on and off, low-flow mode, both at the beginning and the end of the shot, and even offset the temperature of the brew water mid-shot.

So in this video I am to answer two questions. One, how does the Lelit Bianca V3 perform, and two, for those who are current owners, is it a worthy upgrade? The time has come to find out, so hit play on the video above and let's brew this!

Nice! I’m looking at the Bianca and Micra, after 12 years on an Astra Pro e61 HX. I’d like to see a shot for shot comparison between the GS3/Mini and Bianca, because ultimately, I want the better shot.
